Pitted Dates is a curated platform for group exhibitions connecting artists across generations, founded by Sakari Tervo in 2023. Each show is accompanied by a commissioned poem that functions both as an exhibition text and as an independent artwork. Pitted Dates is operating through a hybrid non-profit model, and is supported by Kone Foundation and The Finnish Cultural Foundation. Pitted Dates is an Apartheid Free Zone (AFZ).
